Right of withdrawal

14-day right

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for goods without giving reasons. The period generally starts when the consumer or a nominated third party receives the goods.

How to withdraw

Send a clear statement to Vitamunda Deutschland B.V., info@vitamunda.de, +49 40 71 00 65 43. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects

We reimburse payments including the lowest standard delivery cost within the statutory period, subject to our right to withhold reimbursement until the goods or evidence of return are received. The consumer bears direct return costs unless agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

The right may not apply to sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed, and in other statutory cases.
