Scope

These terms apply to orders placed in the Vitamunda online shop. The seller is Vitamunda Deutschland B.V., Kerkplein 9-G, 3764 AW Soest, Netherlands. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Contract

Product displays are invitations to place an order. You may correct entries before submitting. By pressing the clearly labelled binding payment button you submit a binding offer. The contract is accepted by explicit acceptance, dispatch confirmation or delivery.

Prices and payment

Final prices and any applicable taxes are shown in the shop. Shipping costs, delivery restrictions and accepted payment methods are shown before the binding order.

Delivery

Delivery is made to countries and addresses available in checkout. Delivery times are shown product- or order-specifically.

Account

Checkout may create or use a customer account. Credentials must be kept confidential.

Recommendations

Referral links may grant a customer benefit. The price shown in checkout is decisive. The recommending partner does not become the seller and may not make binding promises on behalf of Vitamunda without authority.

Withdrawal, defects and liability

Dispute resolution
